Refund Policy for Tackyon IT Consulting Pvt. Limited

Conference Delegates

  1. No Refunds: Once a delegate is confirmed, no refunds will be provided if the nominee cancels their nomination.
  2. Rescheduling: In case of event rescheduling, participants will be given a new date. No refunds will be issued for rescheduled events.
  3. Alterations/Cancellations: The seminar is subject to changes at the discretion of Tackyon IT Consulting Pvt. Limited. No refunds will be given for such changes.

Awards Nominations

  1. No Amendments: Once submitted, award nomination details cannot be amended, and no refunds will be given for changes.
  2. No Withdrawals: After submitting an award nomination, entries cannot be withdrawn, and no refunds will be provided.
  3. Payment Deadline: The full fee must be paid 10 days before the event. No refunds of advances will be provided if payment is not made within the specified timeframe. 

Sponsorship

  1. Payment Deadline: Sponsorship fees must be paid 10 days before the event. No refunds will be provided if payment is not made within the specified timeframe.
  2. Non-Transferable: Sponsorship agreements cannot be transferred to another party. No refunds will be issued for non-transferable sponsorship agreements.

General Policies

  1. Jurisdiction: All disputes related to refunds are subject to NEW DELHI Jurisdiction.
  2. Accommodation: We do not provide accommodation, and therefore, no refunds will be issued for accommodation-related issues.
