Payment Methods

1. Online Payment Gateway:

  • Payments can be made via our secure online payment gateway. Detailed instructions will be provided during the payment process.

2. Direct Payments:

  • Payments can be made via NEFT, Cheque, or Demand Drafts only in favor of “Tackyon IT Consulting Pvt. Limited” payable at NOIDA.

Conference Delegates Payment Terms & Conditions

  1. Inclusions: The fee includes tea/snacks and lunch on the day of the seminar.
  2. Timing: Programs are non-residential and run from 9:00 am to approximately 6:30 pm (subject to the agenda of the particular event).
  3. Alterations/Cancellations: The seminar is subject to changes at the discretion of Tackyon IT Consulting Pvt. Limited.
  4. Special Offers: Subject to changes without prior notice.
  5. No Refunds: No refunds if the nominee cancels the nomination.
  6. Rescheduling: In case of rescheduling, participants will be given a rescheduled date.
  7. First Come, First Serve: Nominations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  8. Submission: Delegate Nomination forms should be submitted online or via email in Word format.
  9. Completion: Delegate Nominations are complete only when full payments are received and realized.
  10. Confirmation: Confirm presence via phone/email with your POC.
  11. Entry Pass: The confirmation email will serve as the entry pass to the seminar.
  12. Certificate: A certificate of participation will be given to all fully paid participants.
  13. Right to Close Delegate Nominations: Tackyon IT Consulting Pvt. Limited reserves the right to close nominations for a particular program.
  14. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to NEW DELHI Jurisdiction.
  15. Accommodation: We do not provide accommodation.

Awards Nominations Terms & Conditions

  1. No Amendments: Once submitted, award nomination details cannot be amended.
  2. No Withdrawals: After award nomination, entries cannot be withdrawn, and refunds are not given.
  3. Publication Rights: By entering, you grant organizers the right to publish/exhibit submitted content.
  4. First Come, First Serve: Award applications are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  5. Right to Reject: Tackyon IT Consulting Pvt. Limited retains the right to reject inappropriate award nominations.
  6. Profile Submission: Awardees must provide a photograph and complete profile for publishing on the website and souvenirs.
  7. Payment: Fee must be paid 10 days before the event.
  8. Exclusions: The fee does not include conference delegate registration unless specified or an accompanying delegate to attend the Award Ceremony.
  9. Submission Deadline: All nomination details must be submitted as per the guidelines provided on the website and email.
  10. Non-Transferable: Award nominations cannot be transferred to any other person or organization. Each individual or organization must separately nominate for awards.
  11. Sponsorship: Awardees can offer sponsorship for items/events.
  12. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to NEW DELHI Jurisdiction.
  13. Printing Costs: Event organizers may limit colors used for partner logos to limit costs.
  14. Accommodation: We do not provide accommodation.

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

  1. First Come, First Serve: Partner applications are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  2. Acceptance: After written acceptance, partners must provide their logo and details within 10 days.
  3. Payment: Sponsorship must be paid 10 days before the event.
  4. Exclusions: Sponsorship fee does not include conference registration unless specified.
  5. Submission Deadline: All sponsorship materials must be submitted as per the production schedule.
  6. Non-Transferable: Partners may not sublet or assign any part of the sponsorship without approval.
  7. Liability: Tackyon IT Consulting Pvt. Limited is not liable for damage or loss to partners’ properties.
  8. Damage Responsibility: No affixing materials that cause damage to premises.
  9. Sponsorship Opportunities: Partners can offer sponsorship for items/events.
  10. Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to NEW DELHI Jurisdiction.
  11. Printing Costs: Event organizers may limit colors used for partner logos to limit costs.
  12. Accommodation: We do not provide accommodation.
