“The TEAL Blueprint: Awakening Purpose, Empowering Wholeness” Roundtable
Gurugram, India, 15th December 2024 — The highly anticipated roundtable event “The TEAL Blueprint: Awakening Purpose, Empowering Wholeness” was joyfully organised by xMonks, a premier platform in transformational leadership and personal mastery, in partnership with Indian Conventions. Thought leaders, business pioneers, and activists came together to discuss the revolutionary tenets of TEAL organisations.
The roundtable, which took place on 13th December 2024 at Fortune Select, Gurugram, centered on rethinking organizational and leadership paradigms by integrating TEAL philosophy’s pillars of self-management, wholeness, and purpose. Gaurav Arora, the founder of xMonks, and Anand R, Principal Consultant and Advisor, HCL moderated the sessions. The speakers discussed reframing company purpose, embracing sustainable leadership techniques, and combining AI and human engagement.
To demonstrate the real-world effects of these cutting-edge models, participants explored successful TEAL implementations across sectors. Attendees were allowed to practice TEAL principles, such as developing psychological safety and self-management skills, through interactive activities.
